FB Mobile Strategy

So mobile is the way to go… that and FaceBook, so what id we could combine to two to maximise the leverage of FaceBook's massive numbers to build a list….

I have been working on a few “underground” methods (yes all very ethical) and came across this simple approach.

I have been playing around with creating Facebook pages lately .. and made a SHOCKING discovery!!

Facebook Pages are MOBILIZED!!

All you have to do is simply replace ‘www' with the word ‘touch' in your FB page link!

So … here is my latest marketing test, and something you can try too 🙂

1. I created a Facebook page on Harry Potter Fans
2. I purchased likes from Fiverr (all you need is 25)
3. Created a username for my page (you need at least 25 likes)
4. Listed an ad in Admob sending mobile traffic to my FB page

Why on earth am I doing this??? The quick-n-simple answer is …. to make money lol ok, all jokes aside …

I have integrated a few ways to make money on this fan page – through amazon DVDs for the latest HP movies, I post comments with affiliate links from a CPA network to the wall of this page

I have been posting email submit CPA offers for a free ipad to the harry potter fan page wall … usually making around $10 per post with 1,900 fans. Totally easy cash if you ask me!!! how easy is it to post 1 comment with a link on Facebook!

BUT … with this latest test, my goal is to get mobile users to click my “Like” button on the mobile version of my Harry Potter facbook fan page.

Here is my ad I am testing:

Title:

“You a Harry Potter Fan? Click Like”

And I used a small button image of the main Facebook icon. I simply searched Google images to find one.

So … now I am waiting for my ads to get approved to see if this new idea will work!

The ultimate goal is to build up my likes (otherwise known as fans) for that page think of it like building a massive list.

Then I can broadcast my promotions to my list via the facebook wall.

Anyhow, if my idea works .. I will let you know 🙂
