UPDATED Oct 2 2016: FaceBook now has a comprehensive backup in your account settings.
Did you know you can now backup all of your FaceBook data? That means if your account was ever unexpectedly terminated, you would still have all of your friends, wall posts, photos, videos etc. It's really easy to do and is absolutely free. Here's a quick video made to show you how to do it…
Be aware that although it backs up all content, it doesn't back your friends/contacts and thier contact details. You need to collect all of that and manually add to your contacts list.
You will also need to go through your profile to get your phonebook (www.accxess.com/facebook-backup-part-two)
Here is an app via FaceBook that will backup each friends profile link (but not details):
