As a Google Plus newbie, you’ve just set up your profile with any number of fantabulous facts and witty one-liners, but where to from here?
There is lots of new info coming out in blogs and reviews, however if you want to get a quick start and work G+ here are some simple key things to focus on to get you up and away.

- Get your profile privacy settings all sorted.
- Send private, or “direct” messages.
- Secure your Google Plus short URL.
- Create an “Read Later” circle.
- Learn Google’s text formatting shortcuts.
- Prevent commenting on a post.
- Work out exactly who a stream post has been shared with.
- Use the space bar to help navigate your streams.
- Get to know your colours.
- Mention (or tag) friends in your posts.
